You can enjoy the sweet sounds of the islands at her home in Hillcrest while learning how to cook authentic Trini food and being immersed in an authentic Trini experience! Carib Beer, Carib Shandy, or rum punch is a must with the meal! "Leh we fete and wine to some kaiso!"
