Donate an Item or Service for Auction

All auction items are donated by the community. Maury needs you to help us make our auction the best one yet! Volunteer to solicit more gifts from local vendors, brainstorm new businesses to solicit, reach out to employers for sports and concert tickets, or donate an item or service yourself. If you have any time or skills to offer this effort, please email Katie Telligman. It only takes an hour a week to effectively gain donations!

Offer a Maury Party

20+ Maury families are hosting a variety of amazing parties and outings for auction. Email Amy Toner if you’re interested in hosting a party!

Sponsor the Event

We raise more than $25,000 through sponsorships at Maury at the Market! Soliciting sponsorships is most effective when there is a personal connection, so we need your help! Contact Kris Garcia if you would like to sponsor, or have a local business you would be willing to approach for sponsorship. Learn more about sponsorships here.

Donate Food or Drinks

Several wonderful community partners donate much of the food and drinks for the event including Ted’s Bulletin and Dangerously Delicious Pies. Contact Amy Toner at amysuebee@gmail.com with any food or wine vendor suggestions.

Friends and Family Sponsorship

Lots of families reach out to friends and family and ask for sponsorships in honor of their child(ren). Sponsorships start at $25 but any donations are sincerely appreciated. Sponsors are displayed in Maury’s lobby until the end of the school year, in addition to receiving recognition during the event. Learn more about becoming a Maury Friends and Family sponsor here.

Volunteer Your Time on the Day of the Event

The entire Maury at the Market event depends on volunteers!  We rely on parents to do all the set up, running of the event, and tear down every year. Liz Lyons and Bonnie Holod are leading the charge! Email Liz Lyons or Bonnie to signup.

Join the Board

From Sponsorships and Logistics to IT and Communications, it takes many parent Chairs and Co-Chairs to make this event and fundraising effort successful. Email Stephanie Winans to inquire about open positions.
